I’m Craig Beattie, a qualified British Athletics coach and lifelong runner with over 15 years of experience competing from the mile to the marathon.
Through Stride Theory, I help runners of all abilities train smarter, build confidence and achieve long-term progress through structured, personalised coaching tailored around their goals and lifestyle.
My approach combines proven training principles, real racing experience and ongoing support to help you improve performance while enjoying the process.
